The Center for Biographical Research is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that was incorporated in the State of Hawai`i in 1978 to support research, study, discussion, and dissemination of information about life writing.  The Center provides support for this project in formulating Hawai`i perspectives on the exhibit and identifying relevant oral history sources in Hawai`i.  The Center also serves as the non-proft fiscal sponsor receiving and disbursing entity for project funds.
